Surrealism - Fran Carneros

I decided to have a look at Fran Carneros work because he links on to Joaquin Villaverde with the distortion of the face. My favorite image from the set is the top row in the middle, I like the idea of the zip being pulled down to just show a plain face with no texture. when you look at these images you can interpret them in different ways depending on how you see things. I also like the fact that that these images are simple but show so much in each image. A great deal of Photoshop has gone in to these images and you can see that the photographer has a great skill.

I would like to do a shoot in this style and try and show off different manipulations like the photographer has done. I reckon with a few YouTube tutorials I could easily teach myself how to do something in the same style as Fran Carneros.
