Surrealism - studio shoot 2

I'm really happy with the outcome of my images and the Photoshop editing that went in to them.

I really like the feel that you get from these images, I like that the colours have been drained and I was able to get that surreal look to them.

I thought by over exposing the images when I originally took them would give me more of an advantage when it came to editing the tones of the images.

The second image I went on to google and typed in wings as I wanted to see if that added to the effect which i think it has, the wings blend in well with the model and also because of the way she standing it gives the impression she is about to fly up or something.

My next step with these images is to add in some texture, and make the images more eye catching.

Even though the images are suppose to be dark and dull I reckon I could add in a colour that would suit the image and make it pop more.

One thing I do find that lets this image down is the shadow, I think it needs to be more defined.
