We decided that while the weather was nice we would go out on a shoot at whitsands! Luck enough for us while we were there we met a man who worked for Rame Peninsula who was doing a beach clean. He was collecting all the orange waste found across the beach as thats what larger anilmals in the sea would mistake as small fish and end up filling up the stomach on plastic waste which later would end up killing them.

The man created a small sculpture of all of his findings and said that we were welcome to take pictures to put in to our blogs. We told him about what we were doing there and what our briefs were about and he seemed really interested, espically intrested in the fact that we know about he's groups work and all the great work they have done to help clear the sea and beachs.

This is one of my favourite images I took from whitsands, I really love the positioning of this image and how the sun is hiting the water giving the sea a nice effect to it.

This is our 3D sculpture we made of a person. We found a big bit of wood for the body and rope for the hair and the clothes. We also came across the front half of a hard hat and a rubber glove. Up on one of the clife sides we found a black welly boot and a trainer for the feet and also on the floor we found a long black pole for the arms.

Alos, if you look at this image you will see on the right hand side that it says "take your rubbish home" and this area was the only place on the beach that we found piles of rubbish just left in bags on the rocks and up on the hillside. It doesnt take much to take your rubbish with you and yet people just left it piled up on top of the beach.
